What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all payments via PayPal. To make a bank deposit – contact us at sales@klutchcosmetics.com

Do I need to have a PayPal account?

No. When you are redirected to PayPal’s payment processing page, you can pay with your debit or credit card.

My order wont go though – what should I do?

If you are receiving an error message from PayPal, there may be a problem with your credit card information or shipping address. Please review all information.

Regular Post: $5.50
Express Post: $19.95

What is your shipping policy?

Once we receive payment, we aim to get your order out within 2-3 days.

How do I track my order?

When your package has been posted; you will receive a tracking number and instructions via email. If there is a problem with your order, please email us and we will be happy to provide you with your order status.

Important Note: If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly prior to contacting us. We are not responsible for packages delayed in transit, lost or stolen packages without the appropriate proof of claim or.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at sales @ klutchcosmetics.com immediately. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as the processing of these occurs differently to other orders.

Do you have a refund/exchange policy?

Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on all products that have NOT been opened, worn, or tampered with. We will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order – less shipping, taxes and any PayPal processing fees.

How do I request a refund or exchange?

You must contact us at sales@klutchcosmetics.com
All items must be shipped back to us unopened, in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way.

Who pays for the shipping of my return?

You are responsible for all return shipping cost. We also suggest that you send your return with a tracking number as we won’t be responsible for lost returns.

When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be issued after we have received the merchandise, and have made contact with you via email.
